Learn more about the latest research on ischemic myalgia from Michael Jankowski, PhD, who was recently interviewed on a podcast from the Pain Research Forum.
Jankowski is an expert in pain management at Cincinnati Children’s and holds the Theodore W. Striker, MD, Chair in Anesthesia Research.
“We are finding novel peripheral mechanisms of pain development between males and females in these disorders,” Jankowski says. “This podcast was designed to have the pain community better understand the importance of studying the basic biology of ischemic myalgia development and to discuss some of our recent findings that could lead to potential treatments.”
